Everything about your site,
in plain English.

No jargon, no fluff — just how it works, what to expect, and where to click. Start at the top or jump to what you need.

01

Getting started

You paste your shop’s web address. Our engine reads your real site — name, phone, address, hours, services, reviews, photos, brand colors — and builds a complete 6-page website from it. You review what it found, make any changes, and publish. Start to finish, about five minutes.

Don’t have a website yet? No problem — type your shop name and location instead, and the engine finds you and builds from what’s public. Nothing is made up: if we can’t find something, we leave it blank for you to fill in.

How the scan works

The engine is a deterministic extractor — not an AI writer. It reads what is actually on your site and public listings and copies it across faithfully. It will never invent a service you don’t offer, a review you didn’t earn, or a badge you don’t hold. That’s the whole point: your site is true.

What it reads

Your business name, phone, email, address, hours, the services you list, certifications you actually display, your logo and photos, your brand colors, and — from Google — your star rating and review count.

What it never does

Guess. If a field isn’t on your site, it comes back blank (shown as “—”), not filled with a plausible-sounding invention. A rating only appears if Google actually has one for you.

03

Reviewing your info

Before anything goes live, you see exactly what the engine found, field by field, with a confidence level on each. Green means it’s confident; a softer tone means “double-check this.” You can accept a value, edit it, or type a new one.

This is also where you catch the things a website undersells. Most shop sites list a handful of services when the shop does far more — add what you actually do (engine work, diagnostics, classics, whatever your bay handles) and the site grows to match.

Your edits win

Anything you change in review is what publishes — your corrections always override what was scraped. Nothing you didn’t approve reaches your live site.

04

Publishing your site

Publishing builds your live, mobile-ready site at your own address on our network. Here’s what a published site includes:

Home
Services
About
Gallery
Blog
Contact

+ mobile call bar · maps link · your real reviews · search-ready structure

Pick from 22 palettes or let the engine match your brand colors automatically. Preview on desktop and phone before you commit. What you preview is exactly what publishes.

05

Editing your site

Change anything, anytime, from your dashboard — no code, no waiting. Update your hours, add a service, swap a photo, change your colors, write a blog post. Edits save as you go; hit publish when you’re ready and the change is live in seconds.

Add real photos

The single biggest upgrade: three real phone photos of your shop, bay, and team. A site with your actual storefront beats any stock template — drop them into the editor and the hero becomes your shop.

06

Getting found on Google

A great site only helps if people find it. The Get Listed tool walks you through claiming your shop on the directories that actually move local search — in priority order, with your info pre-filled so you never retype it.

Each one is one row: copy your info, go submit, mark it done. Google and Apple Maps first — those are where nearby drivers searching “auto repair near me” find you.

Billing & plans

$29/month or $249/year (that’s two months free). One shop site per plan. Free to build and preview — you only pay when you publish and go live. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card number.

Cancel anytime

No contract. Cancel from your billing page and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. There’s a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Custom domains

Your site starts on a yourshop.themes.carbonandchrome.io address, which works great. Connecting a domain you own (like yourshop.com) is on the roadmap — when it’s live you’ll paste the exact DNS records we give you at your registrar, and the domain stays registered to you; we never own it.

Troubleshooting

The scan couldn't read my site

Some sites block automated readers, or a page is too thin to build from honestly. When that happens we tell you plainly and let you enter your details by hand — takes about two minutes, and the result is just as complete.

My name came out wrong

If your website titles itself with your bare domain (common on template builders), the engine won’t use that as your name — it asks you to confirm it in review. Type it the way you’d say it out loud.

No reviews are showing

Reviews come from Google. If your Google Business Profile has ratings, they appear automatically; if it doesn’t, nothing is shown (we never invent a rating). Claiming your Google listing in the Get Listed tool fixes this.

My site looks plain / no photos

Every photo on many template sites is licensed stock we can’t legally republish, so we leave it out rather than break a license. Add your own photos in the editor — that’s the fix, and it makes the biggest difference.
