Help, from real humans.
We reply to every message within one business day
The common questions are answered below. If yours isn't here, email us — a person reads every message, and there's no ticket maze.
01Getting started — from URL to live site
Paste your shop’s existing website address on the builder. Our engine reads your public business details, builds a complete six-page site, and lets you preview it. Pick a palette, review the details it pulled, and publish. Most shops are live in a few minutes.
02My details came in wrong — how do I fix them?
Open your site in the dashboard editor. Every field the engine extracted is editable — business name, hours, services, phone, address, photos. Change what you need and republish; your live site updates in under a minute.
03Connecting your own domain (e.g. joesauto.com)
In your site settings, add your custom domain and point the two DNS records we show you at your registrar. We verify the DNS and provision the HTTPS (SSL) certificate automatically. We confirm the lock is green before we mark the domain live, so visitors never see a “Not Secure” warning.
04Billing, plans, and cancelling
Plans are $29/month or $249/year, both with full features. Manage your card, see invoices, or cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard — no phone call, no retention maze. Annual plans are fully refundable within 30 days. After you cancel, your site stays online to the end of the period you paid for.
05Seeing your results
Open Analytics on your site to see visits, phone-tap and direction clicks, and form leads, with a month-over-month trend. It’s the proof your site is working — and it’s owner-only.
06Something looks broken
First, hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) — most display glitches are a stale cached version. If it persists, email us with your shop URL and a screenshot and we’ll fix it fast.
07Contact support
Email hello@carbonandchrome.org with your shop URL and what you're seeing (a screenshot helps). We reply within one business day — usually much faster.
